While there purchasing our XT4 I was concerned about being able to get groceries out of the back, I am handicapped and cannot reach to the back. Justin told me he would be sure to get me a cargo net, it being able to get groceries out of the back, I am handicapped and cannot reach to the back. We went down one time to pick up floor mats and he told me it was on back order, but he would mail it to me as soon as they came in. I also talk to Ryan the sales Manager and he said he would check on it and get back to - NEVER CALLED BACK. You are only as good as your word. And their word isn't good, you promise customers something and don't follow through on your word. I called again today and had to leave a message - let's see if anyone calls me back. I love my car, but I also need sincere customer service also before I would return to them or even recommend them to a friend. They didn't hastate to take our check but can't even return a phone call!!!!!! Charlene C.
