I had an emergency need to get a vehicle quickly on a Saturday morning as my vehicle had broken down for good the prior night and I needed to resume a commute to work on monday. I was met at the dealership by Justin and his demeanor was professional but he was hilarious and made the whole experience very pleasant. He took a moment to understand what I was looking for and truly helped narrow down the vehicle that ended up being right for me. He was very knowledgeable about all questions I had, whether they were technical questions about the vehicle or process type questions since it had been so long since I had leased a car from a dealership that I kind of didn’t understand how some things worked. I walked in Saturday morning not knowing what I was looking for and within two hours I was driving my new vehicle home. And it was all done without the cliche “used car salesman” unnecessary pressure that can make these experiences uncomfortable. Thank you, Justin & the team at Weber Ford! More
