I’ve been in the car sales industry for a short time. I come from a totally different industry of fitness but my experience with people and the joy from helping someone make such an important and large purchase is unmatched. I personally love all the vehicles at Sun Buick GMC but my 2 favorites are the Yukon Denali’s and the Acadia SLT, Elevation and Denali trims. In my 69 years having dealt with many dealerships, I have to say the Sun group is absolutely the best to date. From the owner, Mr Cassino to the salesman Justin and financial man Victor I was treated with re to say the Sun group is absolutely the best to date. From the owner, Mr Cassino to the salesman Justin and financial man Victor I was treated with respect, courtesy and professionalism. One would think I was spending 100k rather than buying a used vehicle. Seeing I can only rate 5 stars I would easily double that. In the past shopping for a car was aggravating, but dealing with Mr Cassino and the Sun group was a pleasure. I have already spoken with family and friends regarding my experience. From the second my mom and I walked into the showroom, we were met with a warm welcome. Justin took the time to learn about what was important to me while buying my first car and patiently went over options were met with a warm welcome.
