I was incredibly impressed by how the entire sales team stepped in to assist with the nuances of the purchase. Dave, Bill, and Ryan Carlisle (District Manager of OnStar & Loyalty) worked together to get all concerns and hiccups ironed out of the process. Buying an EV can come with some initial challenges of technology, but Champion Chevy went above the call of duty to smooth the bumps. Kadyn was very polite, responsive, and attentive.
