All returns for resulting on-site damages and workmanship have been at customer expense and time. This department does not do post service inspection on your vehicle before you pick it up; performs detailed pre inspection upon arrival. Very poor post service complaint response; often resulting in GM Corporate intervention! If you complain excessively, they send you an e mail asking you to choose a different service provider! More

Mozart, my Service Dog, insisted we go to Gettel where they "treat you good" to look at the Chevy Equinox vans. We are on a fixed income and watch what we spend.
