First Honda buying experience was AMAZING! I have been a Nissan Altima girl for many years now. We decided after hearing about the Nissan's transmission issues to look at some other vehicles. W I have been a Nissan Altima girl for many years now. We decided after hearing about the Nissan's transmission issues to look at some other vehicles. We visited Honda Conyers several times over the last week. Mainly just looking as I have never been in a Honda. We fell in love with a particular Accord. After a couple of times going to see the car, we finally met with KB for a test drive. KB was super knowledgeable about the vehicle. He drove first to explain some of the driver safety features, he then handed the wheel over to me. The first thing I noticed was the "get up and go" was much more powerful than my previous Altima. The comfort, the quietness of the cabin and the all around feel of the car were spot on. KB knew we were looking at a few other Makes of cars and explained the difference between Honda and those makes, which after researching were straight forward and accurate. Also, Honda Conyers offers a Lifetime Powertrain warranty!!! We did not buy the car that evening as we were waiting on our settlement check from the insurance company. We did tell KB we would be back the next day. We did go back the next day and my husband test drove the car, needless to say, he fell in love with the power of the car. We had to do an emergency u turn because we had a family emergency at home. We had to rush out, telling KB we would be back once again. We were back the next day and KB greeted us with a smile, our rapport with him was quite wonderful at this time as it started to feel like he was a friend. We met with Justin to do our financing and he, as well, was straight forward and honest offering us financing options and upgrades to help keep the vehicle protected, but not pushing anything on us, explaining everything in detail. The financing process was a breeze. We were out the door to be met with our New Accord, spotlessly clean with a full tank of gas. We are still getting used to all of the features on the Accord, but needless to say, it is everything we were hoping for and my insurance is cheaper since it is a safer car. KB and Justin made the experience pleasurable considering I hate shopping of any kind and spending money. So pleased with our experience. More
