Couldn't be happier with the entire experience. First off Terry Shaw is the best salesman I've ever dealt with when buying a car. Justin Spears was also excellent. He understood what i was looking for finance wise and made it happen. Friendly, efficient and understanding. Combined these two guys made my car buying experience painless and somewhat enjoyable. More

wouldn't buy another car. The salesman didn't give a good description of the car. My husband had to asked alot questions about the car. They were not able to beat other dealers prices as stated. I wasn't informed the car didn't come with an Owner's manual. I wouldn't recommend anyone to this dealership. More

Greeted with smiles and great customer service. All my ques Sales and Finance Staff very friendly and courteous, answered all questions with knowledge and patience. Able to shop with no pressure and without being rushed even when it was the end of a long day. My salesperson Jay Knight gave excellent customer service and showed genuine interest in my comfort in finding what I needed and wanted in a new Honda. Sales Department POOR, Service Department GOOD Over the past 20 years, I've purchased at least 12+ vehicles from this dealer. I have every vehicle serviced at this dealer as well. EJ Reed in sales Over the past 20 years, I've purchased at least 12+ vehicles from this dealer. I have every vehicle serviced at this dealer as well. EJ Reed in sales and Justin Spears in finance are wonderful to work with. However, the newest management over the sales department leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Most recently over the past 2 years, I've purchased three vehicles and one motorcycle. The most recent vehicle was a used vehicle, and I noticed it had a busted fog light, (after purchase), the new sales manager has refused to fix it, saying that the vehicle was already discounted. This will be the last time I do any business there. While the service department has always gone above and beyond, I cannot and will not give another dime to this dealer when they obviously don't take loyalty into consideration. It's shame that a really great service department will suffer because of really poor direction from the powers that run the sales team. But like they say, it only takes one bad apple to ruin the bunch. So, after over 20 years -- farewell Honda of Conyers -- it's been real! More
