LaMar Gresham, of Hall Hyundai in Newport News, was a pleasure to work with during our purchase of a new vehicle. I have purchased many vehicles in my lifetime, but the friendly service by LaMar, during pleasure to work with during our purchase of a new vehicle. I have purchased many vehicles in my lifetime, but the friendly service by LaMar, during the entire process did not go unnoticed. His patience in answering all my questions about the vehicle was greatly appreciated. After our purchase we left our drivers licenses on the corner of LaMar’s desk. I left my phone at home and he was unable to reach me. Upon returning home there was a voice message left on our phone letting us know that we left them at the dealership and he was on his way to Williamsburg to return them to us. I was dreading the high pressure salesmen that come with car buying. I am so glad that Hall Hyundai was our one and only stop. Not once did Lamar did not try to pressure me into anything, only showing me th car buying. I am so glad that Hall Hyundai was our one and only stop. Not once did Lamar did not try to pressure me into anything, only showing me the options that met what I wanted in a car. He patiently answered all of my questions and let the car sell itself. Lamar and the Hall Hyundai Team were fantastic for my car buying experience. Got to test drive a new Santa Fe fresh off the truck and Lamar made it quick and easy to talk pricing and packages and we very acc buying experience. Got to test drive a new Santa Fe fresh off the truck and Lamar made it quick and easy to talk pricing and packages and we very accommodating when asked to run quotes for various ranges of deposits and length of loans. He even helped me get more money for my trade in since that was bought from a Hall Dealership as well! Lamar is great with communication and is continually checking in to ensure I am happy with my purchases! Highly recommend! More
