I was nervous, buying a new car after recently getting into an accident and was exhausted trying to find a vehicle in my price range i contacted the dealership hoping they had something for me, Allan was into an accident and was exhausted trying to find a vehicle in my price range i contacted the dealership hoping they had something for me, Allan was great he was easy to work with and my parents said he was great in showing them the vehicle, Gary and Allan both worked on the price i could afford.I now am a proud owner of a better used vehicle, thank you so much to Gary and Allan , you are both life savers, being without transportation is hard in iowa where i live thank you so so much!! -Alexandria Stratton More

I was able to give my wife an experience she will remember her whole life. I talked with James first to see if it would be possible to trade my wife's fusion for a new red one. He ran the numbers and remember her whole life. I talked with James first to see if it would be possible to trade my wife's fusion for a new red one. He ran the numbers and talked to Ken (KV) . The deal was made without my wife knowing anything about it. Between Ken and James they set up a surprise by putting the car on the showroom floor, with a large bow on top. At a prearranged day and time ,I lured my wife to the dealership with a small white lie. We went to the showroom to see James.As we passed the car,she commented about the car and bow. James told her some guy had bought it for his wife. She looked at me and said it was just like you see on TV around Christmas. As she looked at the car,James handed me the keys and i handed them to her and said it's your car. All the salesmen on the floor started clapping and the tears started flowing. My wife said it was the biggest and best surprise of her life. We took pictures to have as keepsakes. I can't thank Ken and James enough for all their trouble to pull off this surprise! This is the fourth vehicle that I've purchased at Dahl Ford and I will continue to deal exclusively with Dahl Ford and "Ike". The people are wonderful, considerate and professional. Jim "Ike" Isaacson is a great guy who makes sure that he gives you accurate information, he's honest and does not give you the run around like many other salesman I've dealt with over the years. Dahl's practice of giving you 120% of Kelley Blue Book is a great idea, I knew what my truck was worth before I entered the store and their figures were an exact match. Our negotiating a final out the door price was very relaxed and comfortable and I did not feel that I was being squeezed for every last penney. I believe that I got a good deal and an excellent vehicle. My past experience with the Service Department has been outstanding, great people and good service. They have been a family dealership for over fifty years and they seem to maintain a different attitude than I've experienced at other dealerships. Maybe that is why so many of their people have worked there for twenty years and longer and still have good things to say about their supervisors and the Dahl family. More

I came into Dahl Ford looking for a used car to replace my current car, a 2001 Pontiac Grand am. It was on its last leg and I needed to replace it soon. My family has bought a number of cars from Dahl and my current car, a 2001 Pontiac Grand am. It was on its last leg and I needed to replace it soon. My family has bought a number of cars from Dahl and we have always enjoyed our experience with the staff, especially the service staff after the purchase. I came in with very specific wants, and after driving a couple of cars I fell in love with my 2008 Ford Fusion, it was the perfect size for me, good trunk space and I really enjoy having the V6, even though it doesn't get that great of gas mileage. The reason my family keeps going back to Dahl is because they take care of you there, they give you a good deal and then take care of your car afterwards. Its a great place and I will certainly be back again. More

My husband and I needed to purchase two cars fast! We live in Chicago, but have heard such great things about Dahl Ford that we knew we were going to them. We worked with Javier Calleja and K.V. Dahl, o live in Chicago, but have heard such great things about Dahl Ford that we knew we were going to them. We worked with Javier Calleja and K.V. Dahl, over the phone, telling them what we wanted, when we needed it, etc. We got to the dealership and met with Javier (on his day off!) and he had picked out two perfect cars for us! The entire experience with Dahl Ford was fantastic! I love that K.V.-the owner-has his dog Ginny running around, and they let our dog come in and wander around with Ginny while we did the paperwork. The atmosphere in the dealership was so warm, friendly and fun! We actually had a good time buying our cars! I can't say enough good things about Javier, he went above and beyond what we expected to give us the best experience. We were so impressed that we were able to tell Javier, over the phone, what we wanted, and he got everything right-we didn't even look at other cars! He knew everything about the cars, and took the time to explain how everything worked, even giving us his cell phone number if we ever had any questions after leaving the lot. I also have to give a special shout out to the owner-K.V., he checked in on us every so often to make sure we were doing ok, played with our dog and just made us feel like a part of the Dahl family! We spent the next few days telling friends and family about the great experience we had at Dahl! We are now moving to Texas, but will always go back to Iowa to buy our cars from Dahl Ford! More

My husband and I found ourselves in immediate need of a vehicle following a collision that left our car a total wreck. We spent several days checking out numerous vehicles in dealerships throughout the Quad Cities and even in some surrounding communities. We felt overwhelmed and under pressure to find something quickly; not a situation we're comfortable with, especially when purchasing big ticket items. I placed a call to K.V. Dahl, explained our predicament and immediately felt like a weight had been lifted! He asked what we were looking for in a new auto; make, model, options, price range, etc., and then arranged for us to meet, THAT DAY, with Javier Calleja. Javier called me 10 minutes later to confirm our meeting and to get an idea of what we might be interested in. He selected several vehicles for us to look at, walked us through the lot to look at each one (it was very cold and windy, I might add!), explained in great detail, all the specifics one would want to know about each one and then proceeded to guide us, first, toward the one he thought best matched our list of desirable features/qualities/ price range. He was spot on! After a test drive, it was love! Javier then spent a LOT of time with us; listening to our concerns, answering our many questions, he was very patient, extremely knowledgeable and so straight up! K.V. popped in several times to chat with us as well and introduced us to Dahl Ford's resident sweetheart, Ginny! We also spent considerable time with Terry, the financial specialist and he explained our many options, clearly and concisely, and calculated (and re-calculated) numbers to get us the best pricing, coverage and monthly payment. Long story short, I drove off their lot, THAT DAY, with an absolutely amazing new ride and, hands down, the BEST auto-buying experience EVER! The customer service was just exemplary! We were treated like family; we were afforded care, genuine concern and complete consideration from everyone involved in the process. Even now, days later, we are still basking in the glow of our "Dahl Ford Experience" as we show off our new Ford! We are very satisfied customers and have already recommended (and raved about!) Javier was very helpful and friendly. He was a low pressure salesman and took time to answer all of my questions. Terry was also friendly and knowledgable. I bought my first new car, a 1964 Mustang from Nels Johnson at Dahl Ford when the Mustangs first were introduced. Since then, I have bought many new and used cars from numerous auto dealers in the QCA Johnson at Dahl Ford when the Mustangs first were introduced. Since then, I have bought many new and used cars from numerous auto dealers in the QCA, a great percentage from Dahl. I have always found Dahl Ford to be a great place to buy a vehicle. I can not say enough good things about the staff at the dealership; from Jerry in the body shop, to Gary and the guys in parts, to Dan and April and the crew at service desk. Tim O'Leary (sales) has been excellent to work with and always available when needed. Ken Dahl was a good friend of my son and I can see why. He is energetic and driven to suceed both personally and for Dahl Ford. I appreciate his candor and is constant presence at the dealership; he is a true people person...even though he needs to take singing lessons if he continues to record those "happy birthday" greetings....
