I drive my vehicle a lot but I also knew that the noise was wheel bearings going bad before the vehicle hit 60K. After an offer to fix the problem for over $300 per wheel bearing they then “reached out to the manufacturer as a courtesy” and covered a majority of the repairs. When I got my vehicle back I told the technician it still had quite a bit of road noise. And he said my tires had wore poorly causing the noise. They then quoted me tire replacements. I went elsewhere and put new tires on , and the noise continually got worse. When reaching back out to the dealer to explain that the noise continues to worsen I was informed that I was responsible for the entire cost due to it now being over 60k. Hmmm. I wonder why they didn’t fix it correctly the first time. Overall the quality of vehicle and quality of service is poor. Go elsewhere. And buy elsewhere. Update: Here is the voicemail the dealer left me. this message is for Chuck Chuck this is Justin _?_?_ _?_?_?_ service manager at ————-Chrysler wanted to reach out to you in regards to your Google and dealer raider review uh feel like that's a pretty standout move on your part considering you've never spent a dollar of your own money on maintenance or anything with that vehicle at my dealership I did go out of my way to provide a courtesy repair to you at no charge I can't help the warrantee limits of the manufacture _?_?_?_ set um however I a.m. pretty frustrated that we went out of her way to help you with that repair you did choose to buy tires elsewhere um should you have brought it back to us to address the concern or let me replace the tires and they're still been an issue _?_?_?_?_?_ gladly stand it we know stood behind it but unfortunately there's no skin in the game for me on the customer who's never spend a dollar with us and then goes out of his way to bash me so I think that's a pretty outlandish move on your part Chuck and really disappointed you had to go that route so um if you could please give me a call back I'd like to speak to you face to face .419- thanks…” Note that this is how they treat their customers when they don’t lay down for them. And it is filled with things that are either lies or a direct reflection of how they treat customers who they think aren’t cash cows for them. Even though they got paid for the work. Claim 1: I’ve never spent a dollar of my own money there. A) Straight up lie. I paid for a portion of the service they provided. I will look for the receipt. If I can’t find it I know it will show in my bank statement. So if this is refuted I can show proof of this lie. B) Is this relevant to the quality of work you perform? If it’s a warranty repair you don’t care about the quality because the manufacturer is paying you? That seems to be a pretty upfront assumption I can make. Every person should keep this in mind. Warranty’s are trash repairs and cash repairs are good repairs. Noted. C) I purchased the vehicle in Florida. And was living there at the time. Should I be driving to Findlay to have it serviced? Just so you can perform the proper quality of work? Claim 2) he went out of his way to provide a repair at no charge to me. I PAID A FEE! I am sure they billed Jeep for the repair in its entirety and for a little bonus they were charging me on top of it. I can only assume they are only in this for the money at this point. Customer service be darned. I need to swindle more money. Claim 3) If I would have bought tires from him maybe he could have diagnosed the problem correctly? I’m assuming that’s the claim. So to clarify there is a very simple way to diagnose wheel bearing issues in addition to road noise. When you have it on the rack you check looseness. So I’m not sure why it matters that I used my employee discount to buy them elsewhere. Or why that would impact the quality of repair. But obviously if I would have spent more money at the dealership the repair would have been correct. Nice philosophy for great customer service. Claim 4) There is no skin in the game for them because I am the customer who hasn’t spent a dollar there( a lie) and feels its outlandish that I would review him this way. Well, I’m going to be honest with proof and detail. So I’m sorry you don’t like to deal with warranty problems or fix things properly if I don’t spend a ton of money at your dealership or service center. That’s my bad for expecting you to complete the repair properly and entirely. His last statement was... he would like me to call so we can have this conversation face to face. I’m not sure if that was a shot at intimidating me or what. It didn’t work very well. And just sealed the deal as to who they are as a business. More

I go in today to test drive a BMW and they tell me that they need to run my credit before I can test drive. Before I leave I get told by the manager that it's outrageous that I come in and test drive cars without buying. I drove a Dodge Charger a few months back but didn't buy because I didn't like it. So I'm shooting 1 for 2 on buying cars that I drove from there. Don't come here, go elsewhere. More
