Took my car in for the passenger side window that it was not working since they changed the battery in the car and had to takeoff the fender. I told them this when I turn the Karen to have them, fix the win not working since they changed the battery in the car and had to takeoff the fender. I told them this when I turn the Karen to have them, fix the window to go up and down, and they set came back and said they needed to order a switch. When I took it back in. Actually, I waited for their call a week and a half and then decided I'll go in and the fellow says oh we have your switch. Do you want us to put it in and I said yes. And then he came back after about an hour or two and said the switch does not work and I'm going to have an electrical Guy look at it. He looked at it and found the problem right away that the wires were unattached from the previous time that they put the battery in. They did not say they were sorry or anything and charged me over $300 to reattached the wires, so the window worked. I also had the same problem with the emergency break. I asked them if they could fix it and so they tried and found out that the cables needed to be replaced and it did not change the break holding the car at all. No. I am waiting for new cables to come that I found online so they can put them on.! This is why I am not happy with the dealership! More
