Made appointment two week prior for a recall repair. Dropped off truck. Workers disassembled the section of the truck to discover they didn't even have the part in stock. Why take apart something before knowing if you have the part or not. Why make an appointment two weeks out if the parts not available. Now I have to spend another day to drop off my truck to get the recall work accomplished. This is not the first time with this service department. Hope its the last, though. More
