Great service Recently our 2016 MDX battery died while running errands. When I called the Duval service department Ed answered the phone. When I told Ed my car woul Recently our 2016 MDX battery died while running errands. When I called the Duval service department Ed answered the phone. When I told Ed my car wouldn’t start he quickly said he would personally come right away to give us a jump, and with in 20 minutes he was there Ed was a godsend, as it was another 90+ degree day. Ed followed us to the dealership where Khalil had our battery replaced in about an hour (under warranty by one week), and we were back on the road. Always have had a very positive experience at Duval. Thanks to all, especially Ed (do not know last name) for his going that extra mile. More
