Karon was a good salesman, straight to the point but accommodating. I did realize that this dealership is charging for things like CPO status while other Mazda dealership are not. That was a bit disappo accommodating. I did realize that this dealership is charging for things like CPO status while other Mazda dealership are not. That was a bit disappointing but 2-weeeks in and the car is driving well except the windowshield wipers need to be changed which Karon said he will handle 😄 Mazda has a great realibility rating so I am hoping to never need to use the warranty that I didn’t purchase for extra. More

An appointment was made to test drive a specific car that was equipped with a manual transmission. When I got there, I was told they did not have one for me to drive because they don't allow miles to be put was equipped with a manual transmission. When I got there, I was told they did not have one for me to drive because they don't allow miles to be put on their new inventory. No attempt was made to sell me a new car I was interested in. The staff was very friendly, polite and can say that it was a non pressure environment which was a pleasant surprise. More
