The only improvement I would suggest is to be provided descriptions of all of the extended service and extended warranty options prior to going through the paper signing process. The signing process should focus on implementing the decisions that have already been discussed. More

The best part is the service department. They are truly outstanding. I tried to go to dealerships closer to me. It didn’t work out to well. Two different dealers and two not so great visits and now I will drive the extra distance. This time while having my vehicle serviced I talked to Rick Applegate about maybe downsizing from an Acadia to a Terrain. I wasn’t planning to buy one but, he had exactly the vehicle I was looking for and a price which made my decision very easy. So goodbye to my 2014 Acadia Denali and hello to my 2018 Terrain Denali.
