Kaden was very friendly, greeted us at the door and promptly took us to his desk to start filling out some paperwork and talk about what we were looking for today. The test drive was awesome, Kaden was super nice and great to chat with. Very knowledgable and helpful. Steven was wonderful in helping us finance the vehicle. I was helped by Kaden and he was so patient with me, I probably took close to five hours to pick a car just because I'm a very indecisive person and he even waited for me to go get food and come back because I forgot to eat breakfast. Buying a car can be very stressful and they made it as least stressful as they possibly could. A lot of dealerships are very pushy too and they were not at all, everyone was just so kind and genuinely wanted what was best for they're customer even if it meant going to a different dealership if they didn't have something that fit all your needs. I had to go in a week later to sign some paper (my fault I had to go back in, not theirs) and Kaden took my car to get detailed up again while I was there just to be nice. The customer service is just above and beyond wonderful, if you get the chance to goto this dealership do it, and see Kaden while you are there! P.s. check out the finance guys relaxing sand ball thing, it's helps while you sign your life away to a car. More

Kaden was backed up by a top notch managerial staff who knew their business and got right down to it with genuine friendliness and respect (Frank and Kory come to mind here). Also absolutely worth mentioning is the finance manager Tu Le. Tu worked hard to ensure we got a fantastic finance deal and made sure we understood everything we needed to know about the process. We camp a lot and do road trips to California regularly so it included features that we wouldn't have thought of but are highly beneficial to our driving lifestyle.
