I was lied to about the warranty, which I asked about to 2 different people including the sales person, Kaden.He lied about the tire, the SOS, etc. etc. The car is a LEMON. Once the paperwork was signed the 2 different people including the sales person, Kaden.He lied about the tire, the SOS, etc. etc. The car is a LEMON. Once the paperwork was signed the sales person, Kaden, would answer all of my car related questions with: "I don't know". This is my first car since 2004 and this has been the worst experience. They refuse to provide their legal team information and transfer me to Kia. Maybe I should have bought my car there. More

We just can't put into words how nice it was doing business at Camelback Subaru. If we could mark a hundred stars we would. It was a totally a GREAT experience doing business there. Good experience with Kaden Nguyen today. Would have liked a much more market-driven trade-in offer.
