This is my third time dealing with Wilde Subaru, and I will definitely be back. My family and friends will get my recommendation to buy a Subaru and to trust the great folks at Wilde. Aside from all that, Kai was so pleasant and actually fun to work with. She took a lot of time with me making sure that I was getting just what I wanted and expected. She helped me so much with the technical aspects specific to my car. I'm not tech savvy, and she was patient and most informative while showing me how to get the .most from my purchase. Jeana was something of a miracle worker when finalizing my whole PKG. As well as pleasant and easy to deal with. Thank you to Kai and Jeana, you're the best. More

We appreciate Kailee’s perseverance to make certain we would receive a great experience when we came to pick up our new vehicle. The time spent at your location was lengthy, but you kept us engaged an would receive a great experience when we came to pick up our new vehicle. The time spent at your location was lengthy, but you kept us engaged and continued to check in when forward movement was not in your control. We also enjoyed working with Jeana French. While we appreciated the options presented to us, what we truly valued was the no pressure opportunity to decline these options. That is of great value to us. When we came in to finally pick up our new journey maker (Subaru), the team was transitioning to a new technology system which affected all of their technologies across the board. This made for a very challenging transition. We are hoping that the technology upgrades through the merger are finally proving to be a smooth flow. Although the process of awaiting our vehicle was not a pleasant one with regards to price changes and the waiting game-also not knowing when our vehicle was actually in the country, the ending certainly was worth it! Kailee’s unwavering professionalism, even through the moments when we had experienced frustration with the sales world, was a large part of our joy when receiving our beautiful new 2023 manual transmission Crosstrek. We hope we have another chance to purchase a manual transmission in the future! Thank you Kailee and team! More
