Kai was great. He made the process incredibly easy and gave us the attention we needed. The gentleman in the finance department appeared annoyed with us when. That was the only interaction that wasn’t 5 stars. We feel like we got a fair price on the car we bought and our trade. I wish the concierge area was a little nicer, for when I need to come in for an oil change. My past experiences include a lot outlets, complimentary beverages and snacks while waiting. We will recommend Suntrup. Thank you More
