I started my job in the BDC in 2021 and have been growing with my company and team ever since. As the BDM, I am the first point of contact regarding our internet inquires, appointment scheduling and general information. My main goal is to play "matchmaker" at the dealership - I want to know what you're looking to accomplish, WHY you're looking to accomplish it, and then match you with the right product and right personnel to help you get there.

I was apprehensive at first because I was coming from over one hour away to view and purchase a vehicle. The team at Campbell Ford really set my mind at ease with constant communication. Great experience overall. I went in for repairs, ended up needing a new car, they had exactly what I wanted and the process was quick. Everyone I spoke with was very helpful a I went in for repairs, ended up needing a new car, they had exactly what I wanted and the process was quick. Everyone I spoke with was very helpful and nice, I was able to get a lot accomplished over the phone, show up in person to sign, and Ronnie’s attention to detail saved me a lot of time/effort by transferring my old plates to the new car with the DMV so I could drive away legally with nothing else to do on my part. Would recommend! More
