Friendly, responsive, attentive to my concerns. Apart from an oil change, this was my first actual service experience at any Kia dealer, and I have to say it was outstanding. As I told my service advisor Kaitie, this was among the best service experiences I've had in decades of owning cars, including with fancy brands like Porsche, Audi, BMW, Volvo that pride themselves on white glove service.
