Jon was a joy to meet. I had picked up my new vehicle the day before, but the salesman had spent only 5 minutes familiarizing me with my new car. So, when. I returned the next day, Jon was kind enough to assist me and spent at least a half hour to explain all of the features of my new car so that I would understand them and know how to utilize them. Even though I had previously owned a Subaru, there were many updated features which are new to me and I need to be familiarized about them. Jon took time to make sure that I understood each one and that they would work for me. His style is kind and gentle. He understands the car and he seems to understand people.
