Jon was a joy to meet. I had picked up my new vehicle the day before, but the salesman had spent only 5 minutes familiarizing me with my new car. So, when. I returned the next day, Jon was kind enough to assist me and spent at least a half hour to explain all of the features of my new car so that I would understand them and know how to utilize them. Even though I had previously owned a Subaru, there were many updated features which are new to me and I need to be familiarized about them. Jon took time to make sure that I understood each one and that they would work for me. His style is kind and gentle. He understands the car and he seems to understand people. He wants you to be pleased with your vehicle and for it to work for you, as it should! He is a true asset to the Delaware Subaru Team. More
