Customer Service continues to go down hill. There is a $150 fee just to look at the car but this fee was not present at the time I dropped the car off, I don’t agree to it and quite frank I t There is a $150 fee just to look at the car but this fee was not present at the time I dropped the car off, I don’t agree to it and quite frank I told them what needed to be done and asked for a quote of the cost. Service manager returned my call but the fee is stated on inside the service room however I never went into the service room! I walked straight up to the waiting room after dropping off car and agent didn’t say anything about this NEW fee that this dealership charges. No apologies no accountability no owning it up. I’ve been going to this dealership for 20 years; had 4 Subarus — there must be a reason why there’s such a High turnover rate in customer service department. They lost my business and my review stands true —ultimately I felt taken advantage of and lied to point blank. I’ll buy my next car in a few months from a different dealership. More

Was not charged what I was quoted for the work done on my vehicle. I was very unhappy with the service this time around. Both times I went I was asked the best way to contact me and I said by call/phone is b vehicle. I was very unhappy with the service this time around. Both times I went I was asked the best way to contact me and I said by call/phone is best but both times was not contacted via phone only through text if at all. I was charged almost $200 more than what I was quoted. More
