I walked in the door with the major dilemma of three children under 5, and one on the way. I left with reassurance. My sales agent was KJ. I never thought customer service could be so wonderful. Galaxy had the model car I wanted, so I called to make sure it was available and asked about the usual add-on (pin stripping, etc) that dealers tend to throw on. I was informed they didn't do that. KJ was helpful and efficient. The usual negotiation which is becoming more annoying as time goes on went on and we reached an agreement. When it came time to sign the financial documents, there were a number of add-ons which caused me to decide not to go through with the deal, but they were resolved. More
