My mom was very stressed about her old car and we knew she needed a new one. KJ help us all they way. He asked all the right questions and worked with our budget. Right from the beginning I knew this experience would be different because of KJ’s calm and caring demeanor. The first thing he did was acknowledge how stressful car buying can be and that he was going to make sure this was as comfortable and seamless a process as possible. Thank you! How many dealerships have I walked into where I’m immediately bombarded with salespeople trying to convince me why I need the most expensive car on the lot. He was also the first salesman I’ve ever worked with who actually educated us on the car we were buying (seriously!). Opened the hood, doors, went through how they worked, the specs…etc. and drove each car side by side and went through the pros and cons of each. What a difference between the usual experience where I’m simply walked to a vehicle and asked if I’m ready to buy. Most importantly I could tell KJ wasn’t trying to get us to buy a car. He was trying to help us make a decision. That’s a big distinction compared to other salespeople who’s sole goal when you walk through that door isn’t what’s best for you, but what’s best for them. He gave us plenty of time to talk it over, helped us way our options financially, and ultimately we decided to go ahead and purchase. I’ll be purchasing all of my future vehicles through Galaxy and will make sure I ask for KJ! More

Going into a dealership is always a daunting experience. Even more so for a woman! I had the absolute best experience with KJ and Ozzy. I really did not go into Galaxy Toyota expecting to walk out with a car. KJ got me a deal that I could not refuse. I am also in sales and can smell b.s. from a mile away. You cannot run one over one me! KJ did not even try. Both he and Ozzy were professional, thorough, courtesy, and eager to make a deal happen with me. From the moment I walked in, everyone had a smile on their face and greeted us warmly. I am not used to this coming from NYC! I couldn't even get a word out of my mouth before a salesperson approached me in a NYC dealership and told me before we could chat, I was to expect to pay upwards of $10k above MSRP. Dude, can you wine and dine me before you go in for the kill! I can honestly say Galaxy Toyota gave me the best experience I have every had in my 20+ years of buying and leasing vehicles. I highly recommend you talk to KJ before buying or leasing your next vehicle. A+++ More

KJ was not only totally professional in his attire, he was truly the best car salesman I ever dealt with, and I’ve dealt with many!! He did not pressure me in anyway, and very easygoing while we negotia was truly the best car salesman I ever dealt with, and I’ve dealt with many!!
