Best car buying experience ever. TWICE. I found this dealership 2 years ago because they had one of the only two BWM M3 6-speeds in the southeast, I knew I wanted one, I had my downpayment i I found this dealership 2 years ago because they had one of the only two BWM M3 6-speeds in the southeast, I knew I wanted one, I had my downpayment in cash, and I was ready to buy. I was an easy customer, but I insisted that they stepped up and threw something in the deal, to let me know they wanted to sell to me. I'm not big on aftermarket warranties, but apparently, neither is Mr, Hendricks, because what they did was to add one of the best warranties I have ever seen to my M3 purchase and it was just the push I needed. In retrospect, it is truly a well-implemented and well-executed warranty program. Well, Patrick stayed in touch with me and last week, when I needed a new truck for work, I went to see Patrick again, This time, I didn't know what I wanted, I didn't have much money for a down payment, and for the second time in 2 years, Patrick pulled off a miracle. He found me exactly the truck I wanted, with low mileage, he worked out a warranty for me and got the payment I needed. From a person, who hates the typical car dealer experience, this Hendricks dealership, Kaylee in the finance department, Aaron and the rest of the service department, and especially Patrick Cahill are the example of how a dealership should be run and they earned every star. Mini is their brand, but no matter what car, make, or model, I need, I will always go here and I will continue to recommend Hendricks and Patrick to everyone I know. More
