Also, I forgot to mention how our new Mini Cooper Countryman S, All-4 preformed on our way home from Buford, Ga to Aiken, SC. One word, and not a "trigger word", Excellent. We both love our new Mini. I felt very comfortable in operating, driving, and knowing how its newer options/systems work as they are slightly different from our 2018 Cooper and additionally how to access them - thanks to your great vehicle orientation emphasizing these newer changes. Well done Zack, as the British say, but not always to a Zack. To Dan Llamas, thanks for your friendly welcome and snagging our interest in Buford's large inventory of Mini Cooper Countryman S. We really appreciated getting them because you tailored your e-mails and inventory links to our specific interests in order for us to use to study and determine if a visit to Buford Mini would be worth our time; a 3-hour drive to Atlanta and 3-hour drive home to Aiken, SC, and in deed our visit was worth it ! We purchased a Mini Cooper Countryman S, All-4, on March 10, 2020! Your tailored outreach to us was greatly appreciated. It helped, as we pretty much knew what we were looking for- a replacement to a newer model from our leased 2018 Countryman S - by using the internet, which greatly sped up our selection process. No walking through miles of lots for us. Thanks. Ms. Kalee Mckenna, your Finance Manager, can also be confirmed by us as being very knowledgeable and undoubtedly an expert in electronic - paper-less - record preparation and of their uses. She is very tech savvy. Ms Kalee is undoubtedly, to us, is also a very valued member of your team. We got through that necessary hurdle of finances quickly, as it was getting late in the day, but we still felt comfortable that we left her office with a with full knowledge and understanding of what financial arrangements we were signing.
