Great car buying experience! After seeing the 2014 Town And Country on AutoTrader, my wife said that was the one she wanted. We traveled from Huntsville to the locationand took a After seeing the 2014 Town And Country on AutoTrader, my wife said that was the one she wanted. We traveled from Huntsville to the locationand took a test drive and it drove like a dream. We already had a 2008 T&C and knew how good they were for traveling. However, to our dismay, the rear sliding doors and windows would not operate and the air bag warning light would not go off. While we had hoped to drive it home with us, Kali said she would turn it over to the service manager to check out and would let us know when it was ready. A few days later, Kali called and reported that the wiring harness between the front and rear doors was missing, but that they had ordered a new one from the Chrysler dealer. However, the dealer sent the wrong one and they had to wait for the correct one. After getting a call that the car was now ready, we returned and completed the sale. All thru the experience, Kali was very sympathetic and did all she could to make up for the delay. They even threw in a full tank of gas, which I don't ever remember getting from any other dealer. I would definately buy from them again, and recommend them to my friends. Many dealers seem to be operating a used car museum with their inflated prices. I prefer one that prices cars to sell and that definately describes BLM. More
