Sierra from sales handled customer's concerns very well when the service advisor couldn't actually find my appointment. I really appreciate her involvement and taking this matter to closure and got my serv when the service advisor couldn't actually find my appointment. I really appreciate her involvement and taking this matter to closure and got my service done immediately. Thanks to the sales team for making the purchase a wonderful experience overall better. It was nice to work with Atilla and Rafael who negotiated and patiently worked with me. I was working with Atilla 2nd time and he is someone I could trust in the center. Kamen explained us all the functions of the car in detail and we were very happy about it as it was almost the last hour of the day. The only negative is from HFS since as a customer you do want a stable APR% but they raised the APR just during my purchase which was disapppointing for me as you want the best deal and changing the rates only for a month is really shocking. I have raised this concern to them and is awaiting a resolution. Thanks all, keep up the good work. More
