Fantastic buying experience with Kami & told the GM about it Kami was the best sales person I have ever worked with. His vehicle knowledge is unsurpassed. Expert. Excellent selling skills & extremely courteous and helpful. Genuine in all he does....very honest and open. Would never buy again unless I can work with him. He has some very gifted teaching skills too so you should utilize him that way. Nikki on the other hand was not as helpful in getting the windshield replaced. Had to chase her to get the appointment then once I did ....when I showed up in the service bay per her request I had to wait on her to come out for ten minutes. When I finally did see her she said she was very busy which made me feel like my situation/appointment and our agreed appointment was not important to her. Just another service job....now I feel like I need to inspect because she is not following up. She’s to busy to do it.... More
