They promise to call back, and never do. You can't get ahold of a manager if you try. Awful experience. Brand new car has major issue and they don't even care - out of sight, out of mind. He is so Dam Lazy and a big liar. Each time you call finance dept no one nevers answer the phones. All mailbox full. I been waiting for my refund regarding me canceling my tire and wheel warranty. I signed papers back on May 14 now July 17 and still don't have my refund I contact Lexus Corp location. And now Chris responded to them and not the customer. Chris and all managers their should be fired. Please if you are praying people GOD will show please stay away from this car dealership. From sales rep.
