I visited Lexus of Arlington on 3/24/2021, with an appointment with Oksana. I was greeted upon entering the dealership. I waited a bit until she finished up with another customer. In my opinion, there isn't a great amount of integrity in sales. There were recent damages that occurred after the initial owner traded it in to Lexus of Arlington. Substantial damage to front bumper and near the back tail gate. Apparently, this damage was caused by an employee, while parking the vehicle in the lot. This was not pointed out by the sales person, Oksana. This car original price value should have been dropped after the damage was reported. No, it was still priced as if it was in good to excellent condition. I had to negotiate hard to get the manager, Will Smith to come down more off this vehicle. Will didn't want to spend more money to have the vehicle repaired so he opted to give me an additional $500 off the back damage. Will stated that he could get at least 14k at an auction. Bad customer service!! A course they stated the vehicle was being sold "As Is". I purchased the vehicle but not really knowing how much the damage would cost to repair. After having thie vehicle damage estimate this will cost $2200 to repair. This gets better. The finance person Kamil, appeared to be in a hurry and unconcern with this deal. He pushed to sale the extended warranty. Kamil said the price was discounted at 2400. My problem is that he didn't try to offer any other options so I can get the warranty on.my budget. I didn't come in the dealership with the expectation of having to purchase a warranty. I explained that I didn't have the extra money today. However, I was interested in the warranty. Peephaps I can purchase the warranty in 2 weeks. This was my inquiry for other options to meet my budget. No, other options were given. I wasn't pleased with this purchase. I do like the vehicle. Oh, on top of all this the trunk cover was missing and that will cost me $701, to replace it. The vehicle price was 16,495. The Kelly Blue Book value in good condition starts at 12995. When purchasing from this dealership pleaae make sure you thoroughly examine the vehicle . More

Watch for them. Promise one think, but final product are totally different. Should be option for minus 10. I would have rated them with a 5 as the buying process went smoothly. But it only came with one key (which I was unaware of until I went to leave with the car) and follow up from Edgar has not been good. went smoothly. Said he would call back with in an hour. 72 hours later, I had to reach out to him. Also, found out after the fact that Kamil pulled a 'hard credit check' when we were not financing a loan through him. We were refinancing our mortgage so this posed a problem, as requesting 'credit check' lowered our credit score. Called him on Monday 2/21, said he would have a manager get back with me. No one did. Tried reaching out to GM, Marcin. His main line voice mail box is full which is unsatisfactory for a GM. I've sent two emails to him without a response. I don't think Marcin cares about his customers! This went from a simple problem of getting me a second key to lack of communication which made me change my rating from a 5 to 2. COMMUNICATION IS EXTREMELY POOR. I feel since I made a purchase and it was only a used car(which was a big expense for us), that no one there cares. I've since had to go purchase another key on my own, an additional expense I was not wanting to incur. Marcin's lack of communication is making me want to contact Rohrman Midwest Executive offices. Unless something changes, I will not recommend this dealership to anyone. 'The Largest Lexus dealer in the Nation' and the poor leadership. More

Mike in service was great to work with. I got his card and will be contacting him from now on but i am sure the rest of team is great as well. only thing that i saw wrong, my window switch button was pull and will be contacting him from now on but i am sure the rest of team is great as well. only thing that i saw wrong, my window switch button was pulled out of door and not pushed back in. easy fix but an oversight by the service team. came in for window replacement More
