My wife was advised by the person who sold us that car that we should come in for an oil change on the new car at 4 - 5,000 miles. So, she called your dealership, set up an appointment, and drove in for that we should come in for an oil change on the new car at 4 - 5,000 miles. So, she called your dealership, set up an appointment, and drove in for the new car service. When she arrived, she was informed that an oil change isn’t part of the new car service and that she will need to drive back when she gets to 10,000 miles. Everyone was friendly, but the overall experience was disappointing. Her time is valuable - if this were my business, I would have taken care of the customer. The cost of the oil was not as high as the value of her time and frustration. More
