I purchased a vehicle for $48,000 and three days later
after getting it home my check engine light came on. Took it back to the dealership to have them fix it apparently to what they said. I drove down th

I drove down the road after picking it up after they had it for a week and my check engine light came back on. Since then, approximately for two months, I’ve been putting money into this vehicle to keep fixing it and unfortunately, nothing is working. I am now stuck with the vehicle that does not run correctly, constantly dies, leaks, upon other issues. I reached out to the dealership, thinking they would handle it appropriately and help me out. They told me the only thing they can do is offer a trade-in which I would be out approximately $15,000. I told him that they sold me a car that does not work and I was shocked that they would not help me out other than try to do a trade-in and Essentially use me to get additional money from them. Very disappointing. I would highly avoid this dealership, unless you want to be in the same situation as I. It is pretty clear that they do not have any conscience and are not truly there to help out their customers and will, choose money over the right thing to do at the end of day. I plan to contact media as well and utilize social media to share my store to prevent others from falling victim to this dealership.

It’s unfortunate that you are experiencing issues with your Jeep Wrangler. When you purchased the vehicle, it was under a Bumper to Bumper Factory Warranty, and you also have an extended service contract.
We understand that the problems you've encountered have been frustrating and disappointing. To help address these issues, we offered to pick up the Jeep ourselves so that our mechanics can thoroughly inspect and fix the problems. Additionally, three months later, given your ongoing dissatisfaction with the Jeep, we suggested a trade-in option to help you transition to a different vehicle, though we understand this might result in additional costs.
We recognize that dealing with these issues has been a challenging experience, and we want to do everything we can to assist you. While we recommended visiting a local Jeep store due to the factory warranty and your location, our offer to pick up the Jeep stands, and we are committed to resolving this situation.
