George Was fantastic and did every thing he could to make sure the small details where not missed. He was my "point man" in this deal. George made sure the car was in the condition as described. I purchased this car sight unseen with confidence because of George. Ask for him! The car was shipped I requested pictures when it was loaded on the trailer, that did not happen. Communication with the driver was spotty at best. There was also a language issue at time of delivery. At time of delivery there was an odd smell noted (from the underside of the car), in a day or two it was gone. A week after the car was delivered I had a BMW specialist shop local to me go over the entire car. They where very pleased with the condition of the car. M'lady did (from the provided documentation) a fine job making sure things that needed to be address were taken car of prior to delivery and or sale.. They also handled paintless dent repair issues, interior blemish on the leather and paint touch up. From the first salesperson i spoke to to the "finance guy" it was a great experience. And yes George is the man "ask for him". More
