When i told her exactly what i wanted she did everything for me and delivered the car next day. I ended up buying 2018 Nissan Sentra and i love it. I didn't know about college grad program but when i told her i recently graduated she signed me up for it and my monthly payment is much less than i expected. She is available to talk anytime of the day. She is very responsive to text messages also . She delivered my car to my house and the whole process took less than 24 hours. Seamless! Kamila was by far, very prompt and professional. She was able to get the make that I wanted for a price that beat all the other leasing companies that Kamila was by far, very prompt and professional. She was able to get the make that I wanted for a price that beat all the other leasing companies that I reached out to. I tried about 6 different companies and even a dealership, none of which were able to beat Kamila's pricing. She also helped me bring my insurance down (less than I was paying for my old downgraded car)... seamlessly! I didn't have to change my insurer, or submit extra paperwork. Everything was taken care of quickly and professionally. The only concerning factor was that I was told that I would be able to get any color I wanted, after I asked for three specific colors. I wanted to make sure that I could get one of the three colors, before moving forward with the credit check and application process. I was told not to worry, there is plenty of stock to choose from. If it takes a few days to get from another lot, they would find it. I trusted this, and went along with the credit check and application process. I get approved for the great price, but unfortunately only a dark grey was available. I really wasn't happy about knowing this last minute. Dreamed of a red, white or blue Acura but got a standard dark grey. Not thrilled about it. But at this point, the car was registered on my insurance and the credit application went through. Probably wouldn't have went through with the deal because they didn't have my colors. Nevertheless, I learned to like the color.. but still isn't my favorite. Five star service, but the color situation brought it down to four stars. I would like to work with this leasing company again, and hopefully give a FIVE star review next time. Can't beat the price tag (and really impressed with the insurance situation)!!! Thank you for all your hard work. The delivery driver, Daniel explained all the paperwork and made the process easy. Very knowledgeable about the car and explained some features to me. Excellent service! More
