I called EAutoLease on Thursday morning to inquire about a car i was interested in and I w to be sent to all your friends, family and co-workers. I called EAutoLease on Thursday morning to inquire about a car i was interested in and I was helped by Kamila. She listened to all my wants and needs with zen like patience, and I won't be lying if I tell anyone that im a difficult customer. I wanted a car with a color combo that only exists on Acuras website and was told by most other dealers "forget it, you'll never get this car, it is not out there." Now, I wanted a less expensive model thinking that that's all I could afford and to my surprise Kamila was the first person to say " hey, don't worry we will get you the color combination you like in top of the line model and we will make it affordable." I was so skeptical and kinda pessimistic about what she said when I hung up the phone. Little did I know that Kamila would call me back within 45 minutes and tell me she found the exact color I was looking for in much better spec and it is only few more dollars monthly for my dream car. I was floored! How could it be? All other dealers kept pushing me to get what I didn't want and kept telling me this is the best deal, take it home today. Not one single salesperson understood what I wanted. Kamila didn't care about making a sale, all she cared about is me being satisfied with my purchase and made it happen. It was little more than I wanted to spend, but whats few more dollars for a dream car? Instead of telling me "No, you'll never find this car" she just listened, searched and let me make the decision. No pressure, no games. Just great customer service. It took me all day to make my decision ( im still a difficult customer) and called Kamila back after 4pm to make it official. I was expecting her to say ok we will get everything going and you'll have your new car in few days. Wrong again! Kamila had me fill out all the paperwork on line in mere minutes, i sent her my license and insurance and surprise, surprise my brand new dream car was in my driveway by 7:45pm that same day. I cant stop raving about this transaction. I still cant belive I was lucky enough to deal with such professional in true sense of the word. As far as im concerned Kamila has a customer for life. I wish there was more Kamilas out there. Business world would be much better place. Thank you Kamila and keep up the good work. P.S. Even though it was late and the dealership was closed, Zoriy made sure my car had wheel locks installed before I took possession of it. These guys are straight up miracle workers.
