The sales team worked hard to meet my expectations and gave me a fair trade for my old truck that I was more than happy with. They also worked hard and succeeded to get me the interest rate I was looking for as well. I really like the 2016 Ram Sport they sold me. Thanks. More

Deceptive Dealership DECEPTIVE, IGNORANT, TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! BUYERS BEWARE!! Unfortunately this review is long overdue!!! This review I thought is EXTREMELY necessary a DECEPTIVE, IGNORANT, TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! BUYERS BEWARE!! Unfortunately this review is long overdue!!! This review I thought is EXTREMELY necessary and so here I am, writing an honest review about this dealership to warn all future and current car buyers. It all started back in November 2018 when I became in the market for the car I wanted, a Dodge Charger 392 6.4L. I've scanned hundreds if not thousands of listings online and other outlets. This is when I came across a 2017 Dodge Charger Daytona 392 at Findlay Dodge, stock #18-117B. After looking at the listing and online photos I instantly inquired about the car via their website right on the listing. Easy! I didn't expect a reply the same day, just the typical automated message that usually follows, so I waited, and waited and waited. I finally got a phone call from Randy and I asked some questions which he didn't have answers to right away and said he would call me back, fine, totally understand. He called back with the answers and exchanged contact info. After that, I was left in the dark. I waited for replies to emails that I sent but received nothing. I was a very motivated buyer so I pressed forward and started reaching out to other employees via email and phone calls. It seemed like no one checked their emails except the employee Kayla Johnson who replied to my emails asking if anyone had followed up and I replied "No". So I decided to call and inquire more about the vehicle since I live 4 hours away and wanted to make sure of everything and be told the honest truth about the vehicle before I made the drive. My main concern was the condition of the vehicle since I am conscious about my cars and taking care of them. I finally spoke with 2 different employees on the phone and expressed my concerns and they both reassured and told me that the car is in "Mint" condition and that it was a fairly local trade in. I said that's great to hear and if that's the case I'll make the drive, and so I did. I drove the 4 hours and had a check ready to purchase the car....well I arrived and that's when it went downhill some more. I walked up to the vehicle and I instantly noticed flaws that weren't mentioned, such as: Scratches/Swirls in the paint (I get it, it's a used car will have some minor imperfections), the Daytona decal was fading due to the detailer hitting it with the buffer, and then I noticed something that I believe should've been disclosed, a cracked taillight. After looking at the car I was quite disappointed about the condition after being told it's "Mint" and driving 4 hours, but that didn't stop me from going in and asking for Dave, who was assigned to me, and do a test drive of the car. Got the keys, went to start it, 'click', the battery was dead. Maybe it was a sign...after jumping it we got it running and went for a test drive, car drove great. Brought it back and Dave brought it into service to have the battery tested and ask about the cost of replacing the taillight. Came back and Dave advised the battery tested good at about 85% and that the cost of replacing the taillight was about $1000. I expressed to him how I drove 4 hours and was never told about the taillight (since that was my biggest concern), and if he was willing to meet halfway and take $500 off the car and I'll buy it right there, he said he can't do that without batting an eye. I even offered the alternative of switching the tail light from another Charger that was the exact same year just to ease the expense for them, he also said "No" without even consulting the higher-ups. I asked if he could ask his manager and again he said he can't do that. So I stood there and contemplated it and after pushing further about some money off due to deceptiveness from multiple employees, the answer was still "We can't do that, it's priced like that because we knew about the taillight"...well if that's the case why wasn't I told about it then before making the drive? So I left and grabbed lunch. After lunch, before I hit the road and drive another 4 hours, I decided to call and see if they would even be willing to take even $100 off and make the sale just to feel like they made an attempt to fix the situation. The answer? You guessed it, still "No". So there I went. BUT WAIT IT GETS BETTER... A week later when the work week was over, and I was ready to look at other cars I noticed they reduced the price $500 on the car!!!! WHY couldn't they do this when I was there?! I felt this review was necessary to get out there and let future customers know about how I was treated, from no replies to emails, the deceptive info pertaining to their cars to the poor customer service when I arrived there. All I can say is, BEWARE. More

Brittany Jackson was easy to work with. Brittany Jackson answered all my questions when I was buying my car. She was honest, diligent and well informed about the car she was selling. She even Brittany Jackson answered all my questions when I was buying my car. She was honest, diligent and well informed about the car she was selling. She even picked me up from the bus station since I didn't have a vehicle. She picked me up before the dealership was even opened. She walked me through everything and answered all my stupid questions with patience and politeness. She heeded to all my concerns about the car and even fulfilled my requests; such as getting two keys and doing some editing on the paperwork . Overall she was excellent and she made the car dealership look presentable and professional. When I bought the car, it was clean, the gas tank was full. Brittany made sure of that. Thanks again Brittany Jackson. More

Intentionally poor repair and horrible customer service. I took my 2016 Jeep Compass in for an abnormall road noise. I drive my vehicle a lot but I also knew that the noise was wheel bearings going bad befor I took my 2016 Jeep Compass in for an abnormall road noise. I drive my vehicle a lot but I also knew that the noise was wheel bearings going bad before the vehicle hit 60K. After an offer to fix the problem for over $300 per wheel bearing they then “reached out to the manufacturer as a courtesy” and covered a majority of the repairs. When I got my vehicle back I told the technician it still had quite a bit of road noise. And he said my tires had wore poorly causing the noise. They then quoted me tire replacements. I went elsewhere and put new tires on , and the noise continually got worse. When reaching back out to the dealer to explain that the noise continues to worsen I was informed that I was responsible for the entire cost due to it now being over 60k. Hmmm. I wonder why they didn’t fix it correctly the first time. Overall the quality of vehicle and quality of service is poor. Go elsewhere. And buy elsewhere. Update: Here is the voicemail the dealer left me. this message is for Chuck Chuck this is Justin _?_?_ _?_?_?_ service manager at ————-Chrysler wanted to reach out to you in regards to your Google and dealer raider review uh feel like that's a pretty standout move on your part considering you've never spent a dollar of your own money on maintenance or anything with that vehicle at my dealership I did go out of my way to provide a courtesy repair to you at no charge I can't help the warrantee limits of the manufacture _?_?_?_ set um however I a.m. pretty frustrated that we went out of her way to help you with that repair you did choose to buy tires elsewhere um should you have brought it back to us to address the concern or let me replace the tires and they're still been an issue _?_?_?_?_?_ gladly stand it we know stood behind it but unfortunately there's no skin in the game for me on the customer who's never spend a dollar with us and then goes out of his way to bash me so I think that's a pretty outlandish move on your part Chuck and really disappointed you had to go that route so um if you could please give me a call back I'd like to speak to you face to face .419- thanks…” Note that this is how they treat their customers when they don’t lay down for them. And it is filled with things that are either lies or a direct reflection of how they treat customers who they think aren’t cash cows for them. Even though they got paid for the work. Claim 1: I’ve never spent a dollar of my own money there. A) Straight up lie. I paid for a portion of the service they provided. I will look for the receipt. If I can’t find it I know it will show in my bank statement. So if this is refuted I can show proof of this lie. B) Is this relevant to the quality of work you perform? If it’s a warranty repair you don’t care about the quality because the manufacturer is paying you? That seems to be a pretty upfront assumption I can make. Every person should keep this in mind. Warranty’s are trash repairs and cash repairs are good repairs. Noted. C) I purchased the vehicle in Florida. And was living there at the time. Should I be driving to Findlay to have it serviced? Just so you can perform the proper quality of work? Claim 2) he went out of his way to provide a repair at no charge to me. I PAID A FEE! I am sure they billed Jeep for the repair in its entirety and for a little bonus they were charging me on top of it. I can only assume they are only in this for the money at this point. Customer service be darned. I need to swindle more money. Claim 3) If I would have bought tires from him maybe he could have diagnosed the problem correctly? I’m assuming that’s the claim. So to clarify there is a very simple way to diagnose wheel bearing issues in addition to road noise. When you have it on the rack you check looseness. So I’m not sure why it matters that I used my employee discount to buy them elsewhere. Or why that would impact the quality of repair. But obviously if I would have spent more money at the dealership the repair would have been correct. Nice philosophy for great customer service. Claim 4) There is no skin in the game for them because I am the customer who hasn’t spent a dollar there( a lie) and feels its outlandish that I would review him this way. Well, I’m going to be honest with proof and detail. So I’m sorry you don’t like to deal with warranty problems or fix things properly if I don’t spend a ton of money at your dealership or service center. That’s my bad for expecting you to complete the repair properly and entirely. His last statement was... he would like me to call so we can have this conversation face to face. I’m not sure if that was a shot at intimidating me or what. It didn’t work very well. And just sealed the deal as to who they are as a business. More
