The work took six weeks. Which I understand is not in their control, but no one ever answers the phone in the service department I would literally have to drive up there Which I understand is not in their control, but no one ever answers the phone in the service department I would literally have to drive up there and find someone there would be no one in the service of department Once the car is repaired, it was done right But the lack of communication was ridiculous. I had to get a rental. And they could never tell me a date when the car was going to be fixed at one point they told me it would be another three weeks and then called me the next day and told me it was done That’s the only time they ever called me every other time I had to call up there or drive up there to talk to somebody terrible terrible customer service More
