My service advisor Karen was great. I was waiting and it only took a short time for oil change - cabin filter and inspection. Needed new tires and got a very good price on them. Going I was waiting and it only took a short time for oil change - cabin filter and inspection. Needed new tires and got a very good price on them. Going back to have them installed. Only problem was making appointment was through a call center who told me there were no appointments available and dealership would call but they never told dealership. Had to use web based appointment system. More
