From that first call to when the keys were handed to me, there were no hidden fees or endorsements. I felt completely taken care of. Mr. Reece was very candid with us when explaining the benefits of each type of car and how each would or would not be the right fir for our lifestyle. He was also extremely patient with us during the negotiating process. He had a fantastic attitude and made our experience a good one. When it was time to sign all the paperwork, we worked with Mr. Patel. Mr. Patel had a great demeanor and sense of humor. It was getting late in the evening at this point and he made sure that we left in a good mood and without unnecessary delay.
