Exceptional New Car Buying Experience Shopping for a new car can be a very time-consuming and stressful experience, and I was not looking forward to it. While I was waiting for my previous car to be serviced, I met sales consultant Zee Usmani, who patiently showed me the new cars and their features. He was very knowledgeable about my old car and the differences between it and the newer models. I appreciated that he was not at all pushy and later worked with me to provide a written emailed quote including a fair drive out price with the additional items I was considering. When I returned the following week, he had informed Matt Gul that I would be coming in for a test drive and had asked him to help me until he was free. They were both extremely flexible, without being pushy, at helping me make the final decision and finalizing the deal, with some tweaks for my trade-in. The Sales Director Jack "Dino" Varcados has a great sales team that all work together to make the customer happy. I was impressed by the professionalism and good rapport they exhibited among themselves and with their customers. Even the Finance Manager Karan Patel did his job extremely well and efficiently. I highly recommend the Sales Department of this dealership. More

Our 6th and 7th Hondas from Russell and Smith One of our first contacts after Hurricane Harvey was to our Russell and Smith salesman, Ian Nylander. Two days after the flood, I emailed Ian to let h One of our first contacts after Hurricane Harvey was to our Russell and Smith salesman, Ian Nylander. Two days after the flood, I emailed Ian to let him know we lost all our vehicles and needed to purchase a new vehicle immediately. He promptly replied, stating the dealership had not reopened yet after the storm but it would reopen the next morning. He stated he would meet with us first thing in the morning. He asked us which vehicle we wanted to purchase so he could have one ready to look at. We arrived the next morning and we were able to leave with our new CRV within 2 hours to now tackle the job of our flooded home. Today, we returned and purchased an excellent condition, low mileage, pre-owned Civic that had just been received at the dealership. The longest part of the process today was selecting which of the available pre-owned Civics we wanted to purchase. Karan Patel assisted us with financing again today and he was very efficient. The amount of time spent on the actual sale was less than one hour including financing. Since we are still very busy with home repairs, that was very important to us. Russell and Smith Honda and our salesman, Ian Nylander, have been a pleasure to work with and we will be returning to purchase a third Honda once we receive our insurance settlement from the flood damage to our previous cars (all Hondas from Russell and Smith). More

Michael Daniels really helped us out with a great drive demo. He is extremely knowledgeable about the technology of the vehicles he sells and his positive attitude and commitment to excellence and service drove us to choose Russell & Smith Honda. I was considering trading in my Honda Civic for a CRV and they offered a very competitive price. At this moment, I chose to keep the Honda Civic, but it wasn't for lack of being offered a good deal. Of course, buying a car is a long process and considering how long we took, the staff was very accommodating. We made an appointment prior to showing up-- I recommend you do this as well. More

No integrity, Karan doesn't answer my calls nor my concerns I was rip off and tricked into uncessary add-ons services contract when purchasing my Odyssey here. This dealer slapped so many, many... as in a lot o I was rip off and tricked into uncessary add-ons services contract when purchasing my Odyssey here. This dealer slapped so many, many... as in a lot of addons package on every vehicle on the lot. I was forced to get the vehicle with extended warranty, service maintenance plan, Nitrogen protection, collision deductible program, and gap-which I believed the only necessary for me. So, I came back to get refunds on these unnecessary program that bumped my total vehicle cost by more than $6,000 and the old man from middle east who was a finance manager on my car was said to be not working there anymore. So I was able to got help from Karan Patel who assured us that we can get the refunds at least from the Extended Warranty, GAP, and Vehicle Maintenance Plan. With Prorated charges we can still able to get atleast $4,500-5,000 back. After a month, we only received $2,000 of refund. I am trying to get hold of Karan Patel but he never responded nor answer our calls. I hope at least somebody from the dealership can able to answer what is going on with our refund status of the add-ons packages that I wished I never had on my car. Mr. Karan, I am still trying to contact you and left you messages as of now relating on the status of the refund. Please don't ignore my calls/messages and I am still looking forward on the assurance you left me and my wife when we were on the dealership facing you. As for Mr. Jaime Rojas, Kudos to you man. I hope all employees in that dealership is as great as you are. Your integrity, profesionalism, and accomodating behaviour may set examples to your colleagues. More

Fantastic first car purchasing experience GT made my first car purchase an exceptional experience. His enthusiasm and positive attitude made me feel welcome. He was very knowledgeable of the car I was shopping for, and truth be told, this was the biggest factor in my decision to purchase the car from them. Right from the beginning of the test drive, he explained and demonstrated the keyless entry, remote start, android auto, brake hold, and voice commands, to name a few. These were essentials and the biggest features coming from my 10-year old car. He went top to bottom, explaining every button and features. Any additional questions I had, such as which gas to use, different ways of unlocking the doors and trunk, what nitrogen tires were, and additional accessories, were thoroughly answered. Both GT and Dino worked diligently with me to make sure I got the best price for the car. In the finance office, Kelvin and Karan were more than patient and answered every question I had about the warranties and other coverage offered. All of them went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied before signing anything. By far the cleanest and nicest looking dealership I've been to. The holiday music was a nice touch as well. It was very bright and pleasing while I was at the dealership. I really like how the service department is attached and in the same building as the rest of the office. Other dealerships usually have them separated, and their service buildings look like they came from a different decade. More
