Service itself and staff are great. Scheduling not so much. I had an appointment for an oil change and they knew it was scheduled for me to wait for it. It still took over 1.5 hours. Considering you can drive through Valvoline and get done in 15 minutes (and they do a good job), 1.5 hours isn’t acceptable. More
