Hello all! I may be new to the sales world but not new to #1 customer service. As a retired police officer my goal was to always help every single person I came across. I recently went to purchase a 2026 Sienna for my daughter, and was told I needed to leave a deposit. When I asked if I changed my mind would I get a refund. Anthony Baur, the salesman assured me tha daughter, and was told I needed to leave a deposit. When I asked if I changed my mind would I get a refund. Anthony Baur, the salesman assured me that I would get a refund. This was on 6/16/26, and I still have not received my refund and now the sales person said it would take 2 weeks to get my refund back. This is unreasonable that it would take this long to get a refund. Buyer beware before putting down a deposit for a new car. More

We stopped at WOW Toyota of Wallingford trying to find The Car. Not an easy car to find, Toyota Corolla Cross Hybrid. And we got lucky. I am so glad to have worked with Anthony Baur with the purchase of my new to me vehicle at WOW Toyota in Wallingford!! Anthony went above and beyond with his professionalism, knowledge and time he took to purchase of my new to me vehicle at WOW Toyota in Wallingford!! Anthony went above and beyond with his professionalism, knowledge and time he took to show me what I needed to learn in my recent purchase. He is a vehicle specialist that doesn’t end the relationship after the sale is over. I can check in with him as often as I need to if I have questions or want him to answer anything I might’ve forgot to at the time of purchase and delivery. He met me where I was, when I was ready to purchase. He didn’t rush me, but he didn’t slow the process down at all, and I was in and out without an extended period of time dillydallying. My trade-in was also in rough shape and he didn’t embarrass me or make me feel bad about not detailing it before his professional appraisal. I could keep going on and on about my positive experience with Anthony Baur and WOW Toyota, but I won’t bore you:). I would just recommend you go over there 100%.
