Good dealership with less reward option. Adrian handled my case really very well. I must appreciate his friendly nature and desire to assist. I took Equinox LT model and I wanted to upgrade to RS model after the delivery. Nucar rejected the request since I rated then 4 * in the review. I will take the complementary benefits which I am entitled to, post that I will never do any business with Nucar again. I wish I had chosen Winner or Thomas Chevrolet. There is always a second chance. On 12/01/2025 Ms. Karen Collins called me and informed that she can cancel my existing loan and apply for a new Equinox RS. I went to the dealership, came across 2025 Equinox Active model fully loaded with my requirements. Karen gave me a discount of $1750 which was very kind of her. Adrian Vasquez : - The guy with full of energy, desperate to help me in every possible way. Very generous and kind. I wish him good luck! FYI - I have shared your number to my friend who is a potential buyer. Brooke from the finance team was very cooperative and helpful. Not to mention: I spent 7 hours at the dealership in the entire process on my wife’s birthday. Finally I would say, everything is well when the end is well. More
