After having a bad experience with Porter Chevy (a competing dealership in the neighboring city of Newark), the Nucar dealership staff went above and beyond to reach my family's requirements. This inc competing dealership in the neighboring city of Newark), the Nucar dealership staff went above and beyond to reach my family's requirements. This included finding monetary incentives/discounts and completing extensive research into finding the vehicle with the exact package/options we desired. In particular it was a pleasure working with Dwayne Cluff who was extremely courteous, responsive and most of all knowledgeable about the Traverse. He personally found an alternative vehicle with the desired options after another dealership sold the car we had reserved. He also arranged for us to pick up the Traverse earlier than planned to accommodate a family trip. After our purchase he made sure to follow up with appointments to get the normal auto detailing done and have a tow hitch installed for us. Dwayne even demoed the controls and paired our smart phones! I would HIGHLY recommend working with Dwayne to my friends and family. I will also be returning to Nucar for future purchases. More

Overall a very positive experience. Nice atmosphere in the dealership. A lot of smiles and acknowledgement. He asked the right questions, answered all of mine and explained everything well. I did not feel rushed or pressured, rather I felt I was being helped to make the right decison. The finance manager is very good at his job, and the sales manager personally thanked us for coming in. We are very pleased with the service we got at NuCar and would recommend. More
