Karen--A Follow-up is Key to Success I worked with Karen a few months back when my husband and I were first looking (current lease was ending in a few months). We couldn't get to a number I worked with Karen a few months back when my husband and I were first looking (current lease was ending in a few months). We couldn't get to a number we wanted but were still pleased with the interaction. We continued our car search but weren't satisfied. Karen then followed-up with us a few months later to see how we were doing and that was all it took to get us back in and purchase a car. She was the only sales person who called back weeks later to check in on us. So I went in and worked out a deal with her on the car I loved. That same night, I drove out of there in my new 2016 Tucson. I was so pleased with the experience and Karen's ability to continue to follow-up even after my purchase. She is wonderful and would definitely recommend her to my friends and family. Thank you so much for helping me find a car in my budget (that I love!) and making the experience painless.
