Karen was great. I walked into the dealership to look at vehicles not necessarily going to buy just yet. I told Karen this And she still treated me kindly. This is the third purchase from Karen and the forth from James Wood Motors. I would not think of going any place else for my next GMC. Karen took the time to walk through and educate me on all the technolo James Wood Motors. I would not think of going any place else for my next GMC. Karen took the time to walk through and educate me on all the technology features in the new truck. Who else would do that. I bet know one. After the sale I have always received excellent service from Sean Hoe. I have two GMC dealerships near my home but I drive an hour to JW. Why because 25+ years ago no one in either dealership waited on me but the folks at James Wood did. That is one reason I am loyal to them. More
