Peppi Bonocore made a potentially difficult end-of-lease transition quick and clean with no pressure, doing everything he could to make sure we were happy and comfortable. Karen greeted us outside as she was returning from helping another customer and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She took the time to show us all the features of the A4 and then the A6. This was our very first Audi and Karen was patient, helpful and professional. All of the information she provided us with made it easy to choose (we went with the A6) and we didn't feel rushed or as if we were being "sold to".
