Mi esposa llevo el vehículo su cita a las 11am para servicio y un recall. El advisor le dijo 2 horas y que el vehículo seria entregado directamente hasta nuestro hogar. Todavia a las 6pm no teniamos no servicio y un recall. El advisor le dijo 2 horas y que el vehículo seria entregado directamente hasta nuestro hogar. Todavia a las 6pm no teniamos notification del estado del vehículo.Llame y la que me atendio fue un poco grosera. En fin el vehículo lo tuve que recoger al dia próximo y perder un dia de trabajo. Se que a veces las cosas se complican soy consiente de ello. Pero una llamada para comunicarnos hubiese hecho la diferencia y así se hacían los arreglos pertinentes. More
